We manage your payroll through your selected 3rd-party processor (Paychex, Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks Payroll, etc.). You maintain the account; we handle the execution, tax filings, and accuracy.

Our fee is in addition to any processor subscription fees.

We coordinate with your payroll provider (ADP, Gusto, Paychex, etc.) to set up your company + employees.
Includes:

• Setup of employee info, tax IDs, departments

• Up to 6 hours of implementation support

Accounting Clean-Up

If your books need historical cleanup before onboarding:

• You'll be charged based on your selected FinanceFlow package

If transactions can’t be imported / downloaded, manual cleanup is $100/hr
